Thank you for your interest in the Smithtown Slammer Intramural program. We pride ourselves on creating a fun learning environment that will have your child grow their skills as they grow through the program. Smithtown Kickers has now partnered with SOCCER SHOTS for ages 2 to 4 years old.

We are excited for our partnership/program, and to announce our new age division for 2 years old! With the Soccer Shots team we are committed to providing a positive growth experience for your child using their expert-approved curriculum to teach new character words and skills each week, while having fun!

Professional Coach/Trainer involvement will be present throughout the entire Saturday session!
We will provide Smithtown Kickers Shirts & Smithtown Kicker Balls.
As a Parent, we recommend you provide your child with soccer cleats, shin guards, soccer socks and shorts.



For Ages 2-4:

Soccer Shots will provide programming for ages 2-4. Families can expect developmentally appropriate curriculum, high energy, engaging games and fun with their experienced and trained coaching staff. 

Spring season is March 23 - June 15.  All sessions held at New York Ave., fields (26 New York Ave., Smithtown) on Saturday mornings. Below is a description of programs and schedules.

Preliminary Schedules: ALL training sessions are played on Saturdays at NY Avenue.
Cost: $135 for 10 week season. Includes t-shirt and soccer ball.

Age 2 (Coed):  9:45-10:15 am

A high-energy program introducing children to soccer fundamentals such as using your feet, dribbling and not using your hands. Parent participation is required for this age group. 30 minutes. 

Age 3  Boys-  9:00 - 9:45 am

Age 3  Girls- 10:30-11:15 am

This program builds on concepts from the two-year-old program and expands on skill work such as control, not using hands, dribbling and changing speed. Children will be introduced to developmentally appropriate gameplay. Players at this age are working towards independence on the field. Parent participation may be required. 40-45 minutes.

Age 4 Girls 11:15-12:05
Age 4 Boys 12:15-1:05

Sessions will focus on basic soccer skills like dribbling, passing and shooting using creative and engaging games. A positive character trait will be highlighted during each session such as respect and teamwork. Coaches will set up developmentally appropriate scrimmages for each session. 50-60 minutes. 

 
Intramural Program For Ages 5-9 Year Old

LI Smithtown Slammers PATHWAY TO ELITE Program  6-7 year old

Through the LIPS program we are offering program for the children that want extra training and extra games. This program is going to be ran and coached by Tommy Lips himself! He will also be joined by Miquel Gasparin Academy Coach for Barcelona Spain

This will be an extra fee for the program with extra practices and game over and above the Intramural program above. You must play the intramural program to be eligible for the PATHWAY TO ELITE program.
