Founded in 1979, the Smithtown Kickers has been providing boys and girls in the Smithtown area a place to play soccer for over 40 years.  Our current programs offer children from 3-18 the opportunity to play at  the recreational levels all the way up to the highest levels within the soccer landscape. 

Our Intramural program teaches boys and girls the basic skills of soccer through special training programs and mini games that are not only instructive, but fun!  All age groups have children playing for the first time or seasoned veterans.

Our Interleague program provides boys and girls some experience with competitive soccer, but to a lesser commitment level than Travel.

Our Travel program is one of the largest groups and most respected on Long Island.  We field teams that participate in traditional competitive leagues like LIJSL as well as giving all kids a pathway to play in.  the highest-level competitive leagues and competitions in the country. 

Our Special Soccer program was formed to help those players who are mentally or physically challenged and want to play soccer. One of the largest and well-run programs we offer children from 4 years old and up a place to learn soccer skills and most importantly have fun!

In 2019, our club formed a unique affiliation with the FC Slammers and Capelli sports to provide an even greater experience for our club members.  Players and parents throughout our programs will benefit from our partners for years to come.

Our annual 5K Turkey Trot has been a great success since 2013.  Hundreds of runners and walkers participate every Thanksgiving to benefit local charities.

As a not for profit organization, the Smithtown Kickers provide a family friendly, fun, and safe place for all members.  Our goal is not only to try to make the best soccer players, but the best people.  We want our participants to learn valuable life skills and have a lifetime of memories!
